The following terms must be followed when promoting our websites. Failure to comply with these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
No false advertising!
Do not advertise a model as doing she does not do. If you advertise a solo model as a hardcore model, that is obviously not right and can result in chargebacks. We want the users to get what they are paying for and not be talked in to deceit.
No degrading terms
I understand this is the adult business, but we do like to keep things classy and sexy. Please do not using degrading terms, such as whore, slut, bitch, etc. Our models are very sexy ladies with their freaky sides but we like to treat the ladies with the upmost respect. We would hope you would do the same when promotiong our sites. There are sexy terms to lure guys within degrading the models.
Videos
We do not allow videos to be used for promotion at this time. Even a simple slide shows of photos made in to a video is also not permitted.
Domains
You are not allowed to have a domain with any of the names of our models. This also includes social media profiles as well. If you make a social media account with any of the model's names, your account will be terminated.
Always keep watermarks intact. No cropping of watermarks or adding your own.
Some of our models do cam on various cam sites. You are not permitted to use any of the Kmaxx Cash tools to promote the models' for your cam site affiliate. Those sites have their own affiliate programs for you to sign up for.
You are not allowed to share your username or password to members areas.
Photos
You are ONLY allowed to use the contented provided via KmaxxCash.com for promotion unless the individual model(s) has given you permission to do otherwise. Also, you are permitted to use content posted by the models on their social media accounts and via the @MaxxModels twitter account.
Any outside content not affiliated with Maxx Models is not permitted unless stated otherwise by the individual model(s).
